The Scuba Sutras: The Ten Leadership Lessons from under the Sea

On behalf of the Growth Institute and the CIO Institute at 9.9 Media, I would like to invite you to an interactive discussion on “The Scuba Sutras: The Ten Leadership Lessons from under the Sea” scheduled for September 21, 2010 at The Leela Palace, Bangalore.
The briefing session will bring together 12-15 chief executives, managing directors and chief information officers of high growth companies to discuss the issues listed above.
Mr Guhesh Ramanathan will lead the discussion for the session. An IIM-Bangalore graduate, Guhesh is a co-founder of TVA Infotech and has over 20 years of experience in helping organisations start-up and scale business manifold. He works with a number of medium and small organizations in India to provide them with strategic management bandwidth, and advises them on their positioning and upscaling strategies.
Besides being a successful name in the industry, he has been an underwater naturalist and photographer for the last ten years. He combines experiences from both areas to create lessons for businesses and has termed the module as “Scuba Sutras”.
He will share some interesting insights on deriving leadership lessons from Scuba diving and applying them to your business.
