THE INNER COACH is an advanced model of coaching widely used in the sports and business management for improving performance of sportspersons and executives by increasing awareness of hindering factors. The programme is developed based on the Inner Coach Methodology which emphasises that in every human endeavour there are two arenas of engagement: the outer and the inner. The outer game is played on an external arena to overcome external obstacles whereas the inner game takes place within the mind of the player to overcome the self limiting obstacles. All outer games differ, but the inner game is always the same. How aware you are of this game can make the difference between success and failure in the outer game.
The session was be conducted by Mr. Krishna Kumar, founder of Intrad School of Executive Coaching. He is a multi faceted personality who has donned various hats in a career spanning three decades during which he served as a top corporate executive, sports coach, entrepreneur, B-school professor, Independent board member and Executive Coach. A pioneer in the sphere of Executive Coaching in Asia, he works closely with some of the most renowned organisations in India and abroad. An alumnus of IIT, IIM and INSEAD, Krishna Kumar is also the recipient of the USPTR India President’s award for his contribution to the field of tennis coaching
