He will share his perspectives on how businesses should constantly endeavour to develop a Plan 'B' to manage uncertainty, change and risk in a systematic manner in an interactive discussion with a select audience of CEOs, CFOs and entrepreneurs, amongst others. The session will be incomplete without exploring the essence of his recently published and widely acclaimed book - 'Getting to Plan B', published by Harvard Business Publishing.
